But Greta Thundberg will be happy: The Swedish airline Tuifly Nordic will enter the domestic market. There are flights from Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö to Sälen Trysil Airport.

According to CH-Aviation.com, the admission should take place on December 20, 2020. The three routes are served twice a week with Boeing 737-800s. In addition, individual round trips to Scandinavian Mountains Airport (Sälen) from Angelholm, Norrköping and Växjö are planned. These should be carried out in February 2021.

Sälen Airport was opened in December of the previous year and also uses the marketing name “Scandinavian Mountains Airport”. The operators of two ski resorts in Sweden and one in Norway are behind the project. Tuifly Nordic hopes that you can benefit from domestic tourism, as many departments abroad are currently difficult to reach due to the entry and quarantine regulations.
