After a long, corona-related break, Singapore Airlines will soon be offering flights between Frankfurt am Main and New York JFK again. This is a stopover as part of the Fifth Freedom.

The Star Alliance member makes a stopover in Frankfurt am Main on the way from Singapore to New York. Passengers can get on and off here. As part of the Fifth Freedom, Singapore Airlines can also carry between Germany and the United States and vice versa.

These flights are certainly not real news, because this airline has been offering its services between Germany and the USA for many years. Due to the corona pandemic, the offer was suspended for a longer period of time. From November 2, 2021, Singapore Airlines plans to offer daily flights between the two continents again. Machines of the type Boeing 777-300ER are to be used as aircraft.
