With a length of only 1.628 meters, the runway of the Greek airport Skiathos is not particularly long. Large machines such as the Airbus A321neo must therefore touch down as early as possible. The HA-LZT, operated by Wizz Air, flew particularly low over the small beach and road.

A video accidentally recorded by a plane spotter showing the landing of Wizz Air's Airbus A321neo has been causing a stir on social media for a few days. The HA-LZT flies almost directly above the heads of passers-by and spotters. In part, this instinctively crouch.

But nothing happened. The medium-haul jet touched down safely at Skiathos Airport. The astonished passers-by and spotters were at best surprised, but nobody was injured by the low landing approach. The video below, which was accidentally recorded and published on YouTube, shows the scenery.
