The South Tyrolean airline Sky Alps is expanding its 2025 summer flight schedule to include several new routes from Bolzano.
From May 1, 2025, there will be two weekly flights to Hanover. From June, there will be weekly connections to Mahon on Menorca and Kefalonia in Greece. These seasonal routes will end in September 2025. In addition, the route to Antwerp will be offered all year round from April. A Dash 8-Q400, a turboprop aircraft, will be used in each case.
In addition to the new destinations, connections such as to Berlin, Hamburg and London-Gatwick will be retained and in some cases intensified. Routes such as to Stuttgart, however, will be eliminated. The changes aim to optimize the offer for tourists and business travelers. However, the ticket prices and the environmental friendliness of the new routes remain controversial.
