Skyalps, the house brand of Bolzano Airport, will start a non-stop connection between Bergamo and Brač on July 9, 2022. This will be served by Luxwing operated de Havilland Dash 8-400s.

The current plan is for the flights to be operated on traffic day Saturday. This is a seasonal connection that is temporary until September 17, 2022. The fact that Brač is headed for should not really be a coincidence, because Hans-Peter Haselsteiner is involved with one of his companies in the consortium that bought Bolzano Airport some time ago.

There are hotels belonging to his group of companies both in South Tyrol and around Brač. The Austrian Goldeck Flug, which can also be classified as an industrialist, is bidding again this year flights between Wiener Neustadt (east) and the town in Croatia. Skyalps has only recently Zurich as new destination announced.
