In the case of the bankruptcy proceedings of the former regional airline SkyWork Airlines, the schedule of claims is now available at the Bern-Mittelland bankruptcy office. Around 1.000 creditors have registered claims totaling 26,4 million Swiss francs.

Of this, 17,5 million Swiss francs were rejected. Around 18,9 million Swiss francs were admitted. A claim in the amount of ten million Swiss francs was rejected in third class, but allowed as a so-called subordinate claim. In the first and second grades, 1,8 million Swiss francs were recognized. The third class accounts for 7,1 million Swiss francs.

According to the Bern-Mittelland bankruptcy office, the recovery of the assets of SkyWork Airlines AG brought in around 2,36 million Swiss francs after deducting all costs. As a result, creditors in classes one and two can count on full coverage. From today's perspective, the quota for class three will be seven percent.
