The Canadian airline Air Transat intends to further expand its European offer in the 2023 summer flight schedule. Throughout the route network, around 275 flights to 40 destinations are to be operated in the high season.

The carrier intends to expand particularly in the direction of the USA, Europe and domestically. In cooperation with codeshare partners, approximately 265 additional destinations can be offered. "This flight program aligns perfectly with our mission of fostering discovery and supporting openness, regardless of destination or reason for travel," said Michèle Barre, Vice-President, Network, Revenue Management and Pricing, Air Transat. "From an operational perspective, using our aircraft more efficiently allows us to increase flight frequency and return to similar pre-pandemic capacity."

During the peak summer season of 2023, Air Transat will serve 19 destinations in Europe from Montreal. 88 non-stop flights are to be operated weekly. From Toronto, 73 rotations per week are planned to 15 destinations in Europe. From Quebec you want to fly three times a week to Paris and once to London.
