Summer 2024: Condor will station Airbus A320 in Mallorca

The German holiday airline Condor has taken a strategy that it had already pursued as a member of the Thomas Cook Group out of the drawer. Some destinations in Germany and Switzerland are served from Palma de Mallorca.

There was once a sister company, Thomas Cook Balearics, which no longer exists. This was created to connect numerous airports in Germany with Palma de Mallorca at lower costs. Condor is not raising its own daughter this time, but is stationing an Airbus A320 on the Balearic island. The aim is to use this machine to fly to some secondary airports in the Federal Republic and the Confederation. The competitors Lauda Europe and Eurowings Europe have had larger bases in Palma de Mallorca for a long time.
