Summer 2024: Ita Airways has to suspend Heathrow flights

In the 2024 summer timetable, Ita Airways cannot offer non-stop flights to London Heathrow from Milan-Linate and Rome-Fiumicino. The background is that appropriate take-off and landing rights have not yet been obtained at the largest airport in the United Kingdom.

As an alternative, you can take a flight from Rome-Fiumicino to London-Gatwick. This should be served daily from June 1, 2024. There are currently no plans to fly from Linate to Gatwick, as there is a non-stop connection to London City from this airport.
