Finnair is expanding its route network to the United States and, starting June 1, 2022, will fly three times a week from Helsinki to Seattle.

In the summer season 2022, the airline will fly to Seattle Airport on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. In addition, the US presence will be further expanded through the continuation of direct flights to New York's JFK-.Airport and to Stockholm's Los Angeles International Airport. From May 1, 2022, Finnair will increase the frequencies for these connections: the planes to New York will take off daily, while Los Angeles will be served four times a week. In the summer of 2022, Finnair will also fly from Helsinki to Dallas, New York, Los Angeles and Chicago.

"We are pleased to be able to offer more connections between the US and Northern Europe," said Ole Orvér, Finnair's Chief Commercial Officer. “Seattle is a fantastic destination for leisure travelers who enjoy the vibrant city life and beautiful nature. We also expect a pleasant surprise for many business travelers from this new connection. "
