On Saturday, July 6, 2024, the Vienna Airport Friends will once again be offering their popular special tour, known as the "spotter safari." Participants will have the opportunity to experience airport operations up close and take photos from various, normally inaccessible points. The bus will be disembarked at several points to take the best photos.
The meeting point is at 8:45 a.m. in the Visitor World Terminal. Each participant must wear a safety vest, which can be purchased on site for 15 euros, and sturdy, flat shoes. The tour ends around 12 p.m. The registration deadline is June 4, 2024 at 12 p.m.
Participation is free for members of the Vienna Airport Friends. External participants can participate for a special price of 20 euros, which must be paid in cash at the start of the tour.
