The holiday airline Edelweiss will offer Evenes, another short-haul destination, in the 2024 summer flight schedule. The Norwegian destination is scheduled to be offered from Zurich-Kloten between June and August 2024.

This means that the number of destinations offered by the Swiss sister company on short-haul flights has increased to 70 destinations. In total, Edelweiss flies to 93 destinations in 38 countries. Evenes will be served on Mondays from Zurich between June 10 and August 26, 2024.

The Norwegian archipelago is still an insider tip. The Lofoten Islands are also known as "the most beautiful islands in the world". The archipelago offers stunning views of mountains surrounded by the sea, white coral beaches and picturesque fjords. Whether you like the sea or the mountains, everything comes together here. Picturesque fishing villages, coastal walks by canoe, visiting a stockfish festival or horse riding: anyone who decides to travel to the Lofoten Islands is guaranteed to have nature experiences that are second to none. The Lofoten Islands offer pure nature.
