Bremen Airport was used by 258.107 travelers during the six-week summer vacation. Compared to the same period last year, you could increase by 17,5 percent, but you were still 14 percent below the volume that you had in 2019.

The top 3 hot water destinations of the summer holidays this year were Mallorca, Antalya and Heraklion. Turkey in particular was very popular with travelers this summer: the route to Antalya recorded a total of 34.932 passengers, an increase of over 60 percent compared to the 2022 summer holidays.

"Bremen Airport made it through the summer holidays well this year," says airport boss Dr. Marc Cezanne. “The passengers took our travel tips to heart, mostly arrived at the airport on time and were well prepared. Our colleagues at the airport have once again done their best to give our travelers a good start to their vacation.”
