The German airline Sundair transferred an Airbus A319 to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport with the D-ASSB. Before that, it was extensively serviced by Croatia Airlines. The holiday airline is currently exchanging leased aircraft for other leased aircraft.

A spokeswoman for Sundair told Aviation Direct that the technical and flight operations acceptance of the D-ASSB will take place this week. Then the AOC will be expanded. "As soon as that has happened, it is ready for use," said the media officer.

The D-ASSB is 9,9 years old and has the MSN 4663. Originally, this A319 was delivered to Germania in 2019 and was named “Dr. Hinrich Bischoff ”. After the bankruptcy of the Berlin airline, the machine went to GetJet Airlines in June 2019. Now she is returning to Germany with Sundair as an operator.
