According to a survey carried out by Unique Research on behalf of the news magazine Profil, only around eight percent of Austrians believe that vaccinations will end the corona pandemic.

After all, 14 percent expect that new mutations will result in lockdowns again in autumn 2021, for example. 71 percent of those questioned answered that they assume that the virus will be permanent, but that you will learn to live with it through vaccinations and new treatments.

Thus, 85 percent of the survey participants are of the opinion that the corona pandemic is far from over. Obviously, almost no one expects the return to normality, as announced by Chancellor Sebastian Kurz (ÖVP) for the summer of 2021. 500 people were interviewed, the fluctuation range is 4,4 percent.
