Swiss starts Premium-Eco in the fourth quarter of 2021

The Lufthansa subsidiary Swiss will present the new Premium Economy Class on June 28, 2021. This should be available on long-haul routes from the fourth quarter of 2021. Sales are scheduled to start at the end of June 2021.

Travel Inside reports, citing Swiss, that the implementation should be tackled on the dates mentioned. The Premium Eco was announced for the long-haul fleet in March 2021, but there were delays due to the corona pandemic.

The Lufthansa subsidiary anticipates high demand for the class of transport, which is somewhere between business and economy class. One would like to address business travelers who are not allowed to book in the "C" due to company guidelines, but also private travelers who are willing to pay a little more, but the business class would be too expensive.

Really embarrassing again. This date has been known for months.
