The airline SAS has to forgo the services of 18 Airbus A320neo for the time being. A problem was discovered with a pressure regulator transmitter. This needs to be fixed.

The sub-fleet currently consists of 38 examples. However, according to a statement from the carrier, only the 18 units that were temporarily taken out of production for repair purposes will be affected. Due to the loss of capacity, SAS has to make some flight plan adjustments. The Scandinavian aviation company emphasizes in a press release that flight safety is its top priority and that it therefore has no other choice.
