Lufthansa will say goodbye to Berlin-Tegel Airport with an Airbus A350 long-haul jet. Flight LH1955 will be operated on November 7, 2020 with a wide-body jet due to the high demand.

The portal “Simple Flying” reports, citing a Lufthansa spokeswoman, that there is high customer demand at this Tegel-Munich and that it has therefore been decided to change the aircraft in order to be able to offer additional seats. The official first landings at BER will be carried out by Lufthansa and Easyjet in parallel on October 31, 2020. The orange low-cost airline will take off for the first time on November 1, 2020 in the direction of Gatwick. On November 8th, Air France will operate the last flight from Berlin-Tegel. The destination is Paris Charles de Gaulle.
