DAT could take over Munich-Paderborn flights

From summer 2025, the Danish airline Danish Air Transport could fly the route from Munich to Paderborn/Lippstadt, which is currently served by Lufthansa.

According to reports from the “Neue Westfälische”, talks are underway with the airport and a planned airline to maintain the route. A new virtual airline could sell the tickets and ideally work with Lufthansa. Lufthansa had previously announced that it would discontinue the connection in the 2025 summer flight schedule, which would mean the loss of the only hub connection for Paderborn.
