Linz-Hörsching Airport in Upper Austria was used by 2022 passengers in the third quarter of 90.885. 1.313 flights were carried out during this period. Compared to the same period in the previous year, sales increased by around two thirds.
In the first nine months of the current year, the Upper Austrian airport counted 174.354 passengers. These were on 2.923 commercial flights. This means that the number of passengers has risen significantly in direct comparison with the same period of the previous year. However, it was below the pre-crisis level.
Linz recently had bad news to report, because Corendon Europe is reducing its 2022/23 winter flight schedule presence in Upper Austria. The Austrian airports Salzburg and Graz are also affected by the cuts.
