The Japanese All Nippon Airways offers further sightseeing flights with aircraft of the type Airbus A380. In mid-April 2021, these will also be carried out outside Tokyo for the first time, from Kansai and Chubu. Due to the high demand, the tickets are even being raffled.

On April 17 and 18, 2021, the carrier will each offer a sightseeing flight from Kansai. On April 24th and 25th 2021 the same from Chubu. The duration of the flight is stated by ANA to be around three and a half hours. The usual catering should be served on board. The costs are not exactly a bargain, by the way, because the cheapest ticket will cost 263 euros.

ANA has a total of three Airbus A380s. Two machines are in Japan and the third still in France. This has been removed, but has not yet been transferred. To keep the super jumbos fit, they take off on technical sightseeing flights around once a quarter. All Nippon Airways had the idea in the course of the previous year that tickets could be sold for these.

The "Flights to Nowhere" were very well received on the Japanese market and sold out quickly. That is why you cannot buy the tickets for the upcoming four A380 sightseeing flights directly, but apply for them. You only have to pay if you were drawn at the draw. In Europe, many airlines are currently dreaming that the demand is so great that paid tickets have to be drawn ...
