On February 2, 2024, Stuttgart Airport will hold an open applicant day in Terminal 1 West.
Anyone interested can find out more and apply between 13 p.m. and 18 p.m. The career day is aimed at experienced professionals, but also at trainees and students who have completed their degree and are looking for a varied and interesting job.
There are around 20 companies from very different areas on site that keep operations at the state airport running. In addition to the airport company itself, which takes care of the infrastructure for flying, the service providers Stuttgart Airport Ground Handling GmbH (SAG), S. Stuttgart Ground Services GmbH (SGS) and Losch Airport Service GmbH are also there, which take care of it take care of all passenger and baggage handling. Restaurants and hotels, security services and authorities such as the state and federal police are also on site. There are currently opportunities to get started, for example for IT experts, civil engineering engineers, firefighters and numerous other professions. Hitradio Antenne 1, which is also a media partner, will also have a stand on site.
From 13 p.m. to 14 p.m., the employment agency will offer helpful tips and tricks for applications; at the photo point, visitors have the opportunity to have professional application photos taken free of charge. Visitors to the event who come by car can park for free in the P4 car park: exit tickets can be exchanged for the parking ticket in P4 at the Career Day information stand.
