The Board of Directors of Basel-Mulhouse Airport has appointed Tobias Markert as the new Director.
He will take office on April 1, 2025, succeeding Matthias Suhr, who is retiring early after ten years. Markert brings around 20 years of experience in senior positions in airport management, most recently in responsibility for the Zurich Airport Group's airports in Latin America. Suhr will remain in office until the end of April 2025 to ensure a smooth transition.
