Ita Airways' A330neo, christened Gelindo Bordin in memory of Italy's Olympic marathon champion, features a three-class cabin layout created by renowned designer Walter De Silva. It has 30 business class seats with full reclining area, 24 premium seats and 237 economy class seats of the latest generation, of which 36 are intended for the comfort economy. All seats will feature on-demand video and audio content, as well as WiFi connectivity and customizable mood lighting throughout the cabin.

Ita Airways is the successor company to Alitalia. After a long bidding and sales process, it was communicated on Thursday that that Lufthansa will initially take over 41 percent.
