The Dutch low-cost airline Transavia is sticking to its plans to fly between Innsbruck and Brussels during the cold season. The admission was originally announced for the 2020/21 winter season. Due to the pandemic, the project could not be realized.
Company boss Marcel de Nooijer confirmed to Luchtvaartnieuws that the admission was only postponed. They stick to the plans and want to fly between Innsbruck and Brussels in winter 2021/22. The machine will be stationed in Amsterdam and fly into Tyrol from there. Then it goes to the Belgian capital, then back to Innsbruck and finally back to the capital of the Netherlands.
