Passengers who want to enter Turkey will no longer have to fill out a digital corona form in the future. This has been abolished. The 3G rule remains in place when entering the state by air. This is also omitted on sea and land routes.

According to a message from the Turkish Tourist Office, the mask requirement was partially lifted. In well-ventilated rooms or if a distance of at least 1,5 meters can be maintained, mouth and nose protection no longer has to be worn. In public transport, including airplanes, the mask requirement remains for the time being.

So far, Turkey has required that a digital entry application had to be completed in advance. A QR code was then used to track contacts. This had to be shown in restaurants or at sights, for example. This will also no longer apply in the future, since Turkey will no longer carry out contact tracing in this form.
