The tour operator Tui Austria will continue to see high demand in autumn 2022. The destinations Hurghada, Canary Islands, Larnaca and Antalya are particularly well booked. According to the company, Crete is also currently being booked frequently.

The tour operator evaluated the sales figures for the period from October 22 to November 2, 2022. It was found that holidays on the Red Sea (Hurghada and Marsa Alam) are particularly in demand this year. Booked almost as often: Gran Canaria and Tenerife. Holidays in Cyprus made it to third place. Greece is in fourth place with the popular holiday islands of Crete and Rhodes. Turkey, with the heavily booked holiday region of Antalya, is currently in 5th place.

In a broadcast, Tui Austria explains, among other things, that there are only a few remaining seats on some flight connections. This applies, for example, to October 26, 2022 from Vienna to Hurghada. There are also a few places for Larnaka with a flight on October 26 from Graz and Linz. Those who would prefer to extend the summer on a Greek island can still secure places on the holiday island of Crete with a flight on October 23 from Graz, Linz and Salzburg or on October 23 from Vienna to the island of Rhodes.
