Tus Airways is significantly reducing its presence in Germany

The Cypriot Tus Airways actually wanted to fly to Paphos from Nuremberg, Hamburg and Düsseldorf in the current 2022 summer timetable period. Actually, because according to the current state of affairs, the project has been postponed due to weak booking figures.

For Nuremberg Airport that would be new Paphos route was quite exciting, because for the first time there would have been non-stop flights to the second active civil airport in the Republic of Cyprus in addition to Larnaca. There is a high probability that nothing will come of this, because the carrier confirmed on request that the Paphos flights planned from Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Nuremberg has been temporarily postponed.

However, one does not want to speak of a final task just yet. One evaluates the further development and can imagine relaunching these routes or individual routes at a later date. The sale has since been discontinued.

For the bankrupt Tel Aviv Air one flew a few rotations from Hamburg to Tel Aviv. It also offered own-account tickets, although it has also stopped selling tickets on this route. There are currently no short-term plans to reactivate this route on your own account. Here, too, one observes and evaluates. Completely independent of this: the Düsseldorf-Tel Aviv route is not affected by the changes and should continue to be served according to the flight plan.

where do those responsible for such “airlines” get the courage to get their “flights to nowhere land” full? And who foots the bill for projects like this?
