Twin City Liner brings passengers to Bratislava during the Christmas season

The Twin City Liner of the Central Danube, a joint venture of Wien Holding and Raiffeisenlandesbank NÖ-Wien, takes passengers by ship during the Advent season between 26 November and 18 December 2022 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays directly from Schwedenplatz in Vienna to the Old town of Bratislava.

From November 26, the Twin City Liner will again be the direct connection to the Advent markets in Bratislava's pre-Christmas Old Town. The departure takes place on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from Vienna/Schwedenplatz at 10.30 a.m., arrival in Bratislava is therefore at 11.45 a.m. The return trip from Bratislava/Old Town is scheduled at 16.30:18.00 p.m., arriving in Vienna at XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.

Individual prices per route and person: 36 euros (main deck economy), 48 euros (Captain's Lounge), 22 euros (limited Red Ticket). Children between the ages of two and eleven receive a 50 percent discount on the full price; children under the age of two travel free of charge when accompanied by an adult. For apprentices, the full price is reduced by 50 percent throughout the season. "Due to the sharp rise in fuel prices, a fuel surcharge of 2 euros will be charged per ticket," the company said in a press release.
