The airline is slowly running out of money. The workforce is now feeling this too. In a call that appeared on the official website, the management is now asking the government for financial help and calling on them to finally act: “UIA and all airlines in the world are experiencing a hopeless time. Unfortunately, it primarily affects our employees and their families. And unfortunately the Ukrainian authorities have not yet implemented any measures to support the aviation industry, ”the statement said. Among other things, the airline wants to obtain a deferral of debts to state-owned companies, such as the aviation portal Swiss Aviation reported.
