The United Kingdom classifies Germany and Austria as green with effect from Sunday 4:00 a.m. local time. As a result, unvaccinated people no longer have to be quarantined.
However, it is still complex, because bringing a negative PCR test with you is not sufficient. A second test must be taken no later than the second day after entry. Vaccinated persons can enter the country without any further requirements, provided they can prove their status.
