Trade unions: UFO board team is complete again

Advertising

The flight attendant union UFO has announced that the executive team is full again with seven members. Due to resignations, by-elections had become necessary.

The newly elected board member, Sara Grubisic, has now been appointed deputy chairwoman through an internal board election. Grubisic is a lawyer and practiced law for many years. She flies for Lufthansa as a purser. She has already been able to use her legal expertise profitably for the union in the UFO Policy Commission, which has been dealing with the organization's statutes since 2019, and in the UFO Collective Bargaining Commission at Lufthansa. Last year she was elected as an employee representative to the Lufthansa Group's supervisory board. For UFO there was therefore no question that Grubisic would also be responsible for collective bargaining policy on the board.

Gisela-Annette Beeck Acosta and Kai Uwe Fuelle-Netzer were also elected to the board. Both fly as pursers for Lufthansa.
