A new airline wants to launch in the United States of America under the name Airbahn. With the N786PB, the startup's livery was already given to the first Airbus A320.

However, the AOC and operating license have not yet been granted. According to their own information, they are in the final phase and expect the documents within the next few weeks. When flight operations will start is still open. In general, the company website is also not very informative. Airbahn was founded in February 2018 by Tariq M. Chaudhary. The manager is also the head of the Pakistani Airblue.

The certification process has been dragging on for a long time, as the application was submitted to the US DoT in October 2018. The homebase is to be built in Long Beach or at Orange County Airport. From there you want to fly to various destinations, also in the W pattern. It is planned that two dry aircraft will be leased from Airblue.
