The Flix Group is restructuring its activities in North America: Flixbus and Greyhound will be brought under one roof based in Dallas. Flix North America was founded for this purpose. It is emphasized that both brands should be managed in parallel.

Some time ago, the traditional provider Greyhound taken over by the German mobility group. The company had previously operated under the Flixbus brand in the United States of America. Just recently you are too entered the Canadian market. In Turkey, Kamil Koc was taken over.

The future US boss Kadir Boysan, who will replace Dave Leach at the end of the year, also comes from the latter company. The latter manager joined the group through the Greyhound acquisition and will retire at the end of 2022.

"The expansion to two strong brands has helped us come significantly closer to our long-term goal of strengthening our global presence," says Flix CEO André Schwämmlein. The new structure in the United States of America should also mean that Flixbus and Greyhound can use more synergies. It is expected that this will also reduce costs.
