The US cargo airline Kalitta Air is currently introducing a new livery. On Tuesday, the airline presented a Boeing 747-400F that is already wearing the new color scheme. The entire fleet will gradually get the new design.
The first aircraft to wear the new livery is the N403KZ, a Boeing 747-400FSCD. “A nice day for a nice airplane. We are very proud that this project has been implemented, ”said the cargo airline in a brief statement.
Kalitta Air was founded in 2000 and uses Detroit-Willow Run from Homebase. The fleet consists of a total of 40 Boeing planes. There are five B777-200F, eight B767-300ERBDSF, one B767-400ERBCF, 13 Boeing 747-400FSCD, one B747-400ERF, and ten Boeing 747-400BCF.
