The German pilots' union Vereinigung Cockpit presented the new chairman of collective bargaining policy, Marcel Gröls. According to the statutes, his business circle at VC includes conducting top-level discussions with employers and associations as well as presenting the tariff positions to the public.

The tariff expert has many years of experience in the field of collective bargaining policy, among other things, he was head of co-determination, collective bargaining policy and basic personnel management issues at Hamburger Hochbahn AG and previously at IG Metall. At the University of Hamburg he did his doctorate on negotiation strategies of interest groups.

“We are happy that in Marcel Gröls we have been able to win over a proven expert for collective bargaining policy and the representation of political interests. He will contribute his expertise for the strategic wage policy orientation of the VC. I am very much looking forward to working with us, ”said Markus Wahl, President of the Cockpit Association.
