Verdi: Lufthansa service center in Berlin gets new collective agreement

Verdi and Lufthansa have agreed on a new collective agreement for the approximately 300 employees in the Berlin Lufthansa service center “LH InTouch”. 

Salaries will be increased by 11,3 percent with immediate effect. A further increase of four percent will take place from November 2023. In addition, the existing collective wage agreement, which could not be terminated until June 30, 2023 at the earliest, will be extended by 9 months and will apply in the amended version from October 1, 2022 and is effective for the first time on August 31, 2024. For the month of October 300, the employees will receive compensation in the amount of €319 in inflation compensation (part-time pro rata), which will be paid out tax-free due to the current legal regulations.
