Vietnam wants to take another important step towards normalcy. Like the news portal "Aero" reports, planes should be allowed to leave for South Korea and Japan from mid-September.
Specifically, the aviation authorities of the three countries are said to have agreed on four flight connections per week - from September 15th. Those responsible would thereby follow the request of the Vietnamese head of government. This had previously made it unmistakably clear that the flight connections to these countries should be reactivated.
With that, the planes could almost taxi to the runway. The only thing missing is the blessing of the Ministry of Transport to bring the project under wraps.
