From June 16, 2020, the Spanish Volotea will take to the air again. The factory shuttle operated by the carrier on behalf of Airbus is also celebrating its comeback. From June 16, 2020, the Volotea Boeing 717 and A319 will be back in the air.

The Spanish low-cost airline Volotea announces its comeback in European scheduled services. A total of 40 destinations in Europe, primarily in France, Spain, Italy and Greece, are to be served. The Airbus factory shuttle between Hamburg-Finkenwerder and Toulouse is also due to resume on June 16, 2020.

After that, the airline will gradually add 15 destinations in France, the same number in Spain, eight new routes in Italy and two holiday destinations in Greece to the flight plan. "It is our goal this summer to give our customers more opportunities to discover destinations in Germany," says the press release.

“We are very excited to share the good news with many additional domestic routes. Now that decisions are getting clearer and customers are regaining confidence in safe and healthy travel this summer, we know that most of our customers want to travel more, especially in the domestic markets. That is why we have adapted our network by greatly expanding all our domestic connections in Spain, France, Italy and Greece ”, says Carlos Muñoz, CEO of Volotea.
