Vučić: Qatar Airways is to become a partner of Air Serbia

Air Serbia seeks partnership with Qatar Airways. Serbian President Vučić is holding talks with the Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. He hopes that Qatar Airways will take a stake in Air Serbia and offers Qatar's airline the position of strategic partner.

Vučić claims Air Serbia is now Serbian-owned and debt-free. However, one cannot know what the future will demand of one, future risks are to be ascribed to economic developments. This is the reason for a possible cooperation with the Emir of Qatar, the Serbian President longs for a partnership with Qatar Airways.

Qatar Airways as a strategic partner could minimize risks related to the market and strengthen Serbian airline Air Serbia.
