Christmas time: Austrian Airlines increases Cancun and Male

In the 2022/23 winter timetable, Austrian Airlines will temporarily fly to the destinations of Cancun and Male more frequently. During the Christmas and New Year period, which is traditionally in high demand, the carrier will offer additional flights on both routes.

Cancun will be served by Boeing 22-2022 between December 12, 2023 and January 777, 200 on the service days Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. The same type of machine will go to Male every day except Saturdays. The temporary increase is limited to the period between December 21, 2022 and January 11, 2023.

A company spokeswoman for Austrian Airlines confirmed to Aviation.Direct that AUA will offer additional flights to Cancun and Male during the period mentioned. The long-haul connections are served from the home base in Vienna.
