The Star Alliance member SAS is getting reinforcements from the Danish airline Jettime in the 2023 summer flight schedule. Three Boeing 737s will be wet leased. These are to be used from Denmark and Finland.
According to the company, which specializes in ACMI and charter flights, the cooperation with SAS will start on March 26, 2023 and will initially run until October 28, 2023. The three Boeing 737s are to be stationed in Denmark and Finland and will carry out flights for the client from there.
It can be assumed that it will be a Boeing 737-800 machine, because Jettime has eight in its fleet and will soon receive two more. However, you also have a B737-700. The company explains that the contract would not cover specific aircraft, but that the contracted capacity was three Boeing 737-800s. So it has not been explicitly ruled out that the B737-700 could also be used.
