In the 2023/24 winter timetable, Austrian Airlines will be offering a non-stop connection between Vienna and Kittilä in Finland for a few weeks. This route is to be served on Saturdays from January 20, 2023.
The implementation is currently limited to March 16, 2023. It is obviously aimed at winter sports enthusiasts who want to spend their holidays in the ski areas around Kittilä. Already in the past winter season, Helvetic Airways and the AUA sister company Eurowings, among others, operated some seasonal routes to this region of Finland.
Kittilä is new to the route network of Austrian Airlines. The flight numbers of the route are OS96361/9632. The carrier has stored the aircraft type Airbus A321 as a template in the reservation system.
