With Catania, the low-cost airline Easyjet Europe is launching an additional winter route from Zurich-Kloten. The route will be offered from November 1, 2022 until the end of the 2022/23 winter timetable period.

Easyjet is currently planning three weekly rotations to be carried out on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Easyjet Europe aircraft based in Italy are used.

The group of companies currently consists of three airlines: Easyjet UK has UK licences. Due to Brexit, the EU business was outsourced to the then newly created Easyjet Europe based in Vienna. With Easyjet Switzerland you have an offshoot in Switzerland with Swiss approvals.
