Wizz Air today announced that their Amelia chatbot - a virtual assistant - is now available on Facebook Messenger so that passengers can quickly and easily receive travel information and manage their flight details.

The airline is thus providing its customers with a new channel to clarify questions about bookings, flight status and products and services. “The chatbot on Facebook Messenger provides a quick and easy way for customers to get information about the processes related to managing their flight details, such as changing their booking, checking their flight status and adding baggage to their booking. Wizz Air is committed to expanding Amelia's expertise and supporting our passengers with a growing number of self-service options, ”said Andras Rado, spokesman for the Wizz Air Group.
