Wizz Air Malta receives approval for Italy-India flights

The airline Wizz Air Malta has received approval from the Italian Civil Aviation Authority ENAC to operate flights between Italy and India.

This means that the conditions for the carrier to be allowed to fly between the two countries are met. It is therefore to be expected that the takeover of the first Airbus A321XLR could lead to the establishment of such connections. However, it should also be noted that airlines repeatedly apply for permits, but then later do not use them for a variety of reasons.
