The Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air is expanding its route network from Vienna and is now launching a new flight connection to the Moldovan capital Chișinău. The resumed route will be served three times a week – Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Chișinău, known for its mix of historical sights such as the Triumphal Arch and modern attractions, offers travelers a variety of experiences. Moldova is also known for its wine-growing regions and scenic highlights such as the Orheiul Vechi monastery complex and the Codrii forest reserve, which also attract eco-tourists. With the new route, Wizz Air wants to further expand its travel offering to Eastern Europe.
