Wizz Air is thinning out from Germany and Basel

The low-cost airline Wizz Air will be discontinuing some routes from Germany and Basel from September or October 2023. Affected are Frankfurt-Hahn, Memmingen and Karlsruhe Baden-Baden. 

Pristina flights from the latter airport will be discontinued on September 10, 2023. From Basel, this destination will already be hit on September 2, 2023. Also affected by the red pen from Euro-Airport: Ohrid, which will no longer be served from October 28, 2023. 

The flights to Plovdiv offered from Memmingen will be canceled on the same date. Frankfurt-Hahn will no longer be connected to Tuzla from October 30, 2023. In September and October 2023 there will be thinning out in the flight schedule throughout the route network. Background is that unscheduled inspections of engines must be carried out.
