The Wizzair Group gave its CEO Jozsef Varadi a permanent contract. So far, the contract - as is usual with top managers - was always limited to a few years. That is changing now.
The company announced that the terms remain essentially unchanged. The extended term would, however, underline the trust of the supervisory board in the capabilities of the Hungarian boss. Varadi has been at the helm of the low-cost airline since it was founded in July 2003. The operational subsidiary Wizzair Hungary is managed by Stephen Jones. The New Zealander acts as Jozsef Varadi's deputy in the holding company.
