As of June 1, 2022, Bettina Kunz, former Senior Media Spokeswoman at Flughafen Zürich AG, will take over the management of Corporate Communications. She succeeds Manuela Staub, who will become a member of the Executive Board as Chief People & Communications Officer at this time.

Bettina Kunz has been working in the communications industry for seven years, the last two years as senior media spokeswoman at Flughafen Zürich AG and before that in political communications for the Thurgau cantonal administration. From 2010 to 2015 she also worked as an editor and reporter for the SRF Tagessschau. In her new role, Bettina Kunz, born in 1986, is responsible for the management of Corporate Communications, which also includes the Customer Relations department at Flughafen Zürich AG.

In addition to the long-standing senior media spokeswoman Jasmin Bodmer-Breu (since 2008), the team of media spokespersons also includes Elena Stern, who joined the company from Swiss Corporate Communications on February 1, 2022.

As communicated in March, the previous Head of Corporate Communications, Manuela Staub, will now be a member of the Executive Board and will head the “People and Communications” department. In addition to corporate communications, this includes public affairs, human resources, visitor services and events as well as people and organizational development.
